Thinking Digitally

Thinking digitally is about solving challenges using technology. We are amazed, made to smile and inspired by the stories we encounter everyday and how these narratives fuel fresh ideas about how we can all use digital to unlock our true potential.

We don’t have a crystal ball, but we are members of BIMA (British Interactive Media Association) and their boffins have put together an amazing report on the state of the industry and what businesses of all sizes should be looking for when choosing an agency or outsourcing partner in the new normal.

A couple everyone at the agency is in a WhatsApp group with went wild camping for the weekend and ended up getting an experience they hadn't bargained for which made us think about how we approach our own digital projects.

A friend of the agency Simon has 2 loves in his life, 1 football and 2, watching football in the pub with his mates. Since Covid, Simon has had to make a few changes to his regular habits which, on one occasion, led to some difficulties with his customer experience and also helped us to think about how we can do more with digital to make customers happy.

In 1965 Bob Dylan did something game changing for both his career and Rock & Roll music. We love Bob and take huge inspiration from his decision to explore new avenues which got us thinking about digital transformation and what it can offer those brave enough to see what's possible.
