THE RESULTS

The Plan for Profit APP was Nominated for Digital Innovation at FWD Gold Medal Awards 2018.

The APP has 8,000+ users and offers 60+ unique advertising spaces without negatively affecting user experience, giving Unitas’ brands a greater and more targeted exposure to their customers.

With over 10,000+ deals surfaced to retailers, the APP is the future basis for Unitas’s Retailer digital presence.

CHALLENGE & STRATEGY

Unitas Wholesale wanted a digital platform to help them engage better with their retailers and provide them with ways to target these customers with personalised content based on insights from their data strategy. Working with wholesale data specialists TWC we needed to develop an APP capable of all this within 4 months...

Project Scope

- Deliver the project within 4 months. 
- Create a new data-led customer experience.
- Build in account management tools to offer personalised experiences.
- Send targeted push-notifications to segmented user-scope within GDPR regulations.
- Digitise previously paper-based processes.
- Add retailer tools including drop-shipments, NPD, shopping list & planograms.
- Support the APP with CMS wrap around platform management and design service.
