CHALLENGE & STRATEGY

The Lab of Misfits is headed up by neuroscience celebrity Dr Beau Lotto.

Working for leading brands such as Cirque Du Soleil and L’Oreal, Lab needed to concept, prototype, test and deliver a set of digital experiments for their clients, they also wanted a new website they could manage internally with an ecommerce function.

Project scope

- Identifying Lab of Misfit’s audiences.
- Explore the application of their brand online.
- Create a new proposition for the business.
- Design and development of the new website with eCommerce. 
- AI (IBM Watson) led WhatsApp chat analysis tool for genuineness assessment.
- Interactive digital experiment based on UX/UI led frustration.
